Caris Grell is a 9th grader. She plays goalie on the JV Field Hockey team, and is a member of the SGA. This is her first year in journalism, and she believes news is important because it is a source of information for a lot of people, including her. She has two dogs, two cats, and a rabbit. In her free time she plays tennis and listens to music. She wants to study to become an animal orthotist and prosthetist.
