The woman in the black midsize SUV, was found unconscious as her vehicle started to engulf itself in flames.

Hancock pulled the woman, Natalie – mid 40s, out of her car and to safety. Paramedics and fire were alerted then arrived on scene.

When asked why she rushed to the scene, she responded, “If that was my mom, sister, etc, I would want anyone there to help if they had the experience.”

Natalie was transported to Henrico Doctors Forest. She is going to suffer from life threatening injuries. Others that were involved in the accident didn’t concur any injuries. Thoughts and prayers go out to her and her family.
