It’s time to recycle your plastic and take part in Trex’s Earth-Friendly decking and railing! From the pantry to the backyard, your household plastic bags could be repurposed in an environmentally friendly way.

Do your part by bringing in plastic bags to the recycling bins in the commons! Freshman and Sophomores bag your baggies in the bin labeled “underclassmen.” All other students should use the “upperclassmen” bin. This competition is also open to staff.

The group that has the most plastic will win a special prize! This competition is also open to other schools so show some school spirit and help PHS win.

The plastic that is brought in will be repurposed to build decks and railings.

Magnets are located around the school with items to bring in. Good luck and let the friendly competition begin!
